What is tested?
It depends on what the compound is, because one panel cannot fit all of them. A peptide is released on purity by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry, water content, counter-ion, pH, endotoxin and sterility. A blend is measured one component at a time. A recombinant protein adds aggregate content, host cell protein and residual DNA. Bacteriostatic water has its own panel, because there is no peptide in it to have a purity.

Does one certificate cover every size?
Yes. Each compound has one current batch, and its certificate lists every strength that batch covers.
Which batch did I receive?
The batch code is printed on the vial, and the certificate shows it large, next to the label artwork, so you can hold the vial up to the screen. Your order email and packing slip carry it too.
Can I see an older batch?
Yes, on the same page. Every earlier batch stays published, with its own code, purity and dates. We never take a published result down.
Do you ever ship a batch without a certificate?
No. The certificate is published before that batch goes out, and the build refuses to put a size on sale without one. No report, no sale.
