We collect only what it takes to deliver your order. Last updated 15 October 2026.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address; what you ordered; and your payment reference (the UPI transaction number). If you sign up for a back-in-stock email, just your email address and the product, plus the alert address your browser gives us if you also turn on phone alerts.
Why
To process and deliver your order, send you order and tracking updates, issue your GST invoice, answer your messages, and keep the tax records the law requires.
Who sees it
Only the services that deliver your order: the courier, Delhivery (your name, phone and address, which it also uses to send you delivery updates and the delivery code on WhatsApp), our email provider (to send order emails), and our hosting and database providers. We never sell your data, and this site runs no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: as long as GST law requires (at least six years). Back-in-stock sign-ups: until the email is sent or you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent for anything that is not needed for an order or required by law. Email support@indigopeptides.in.
