Who we are
Indigo Peptides (indigopeptides.in) is a store run by VEXHO, a sole proprietorship registered in India under the legal name Zaid Hashim Koradia, GSTIN 27LPGPK8430J1ZC. Contact details are on the contact page.
Research use only
Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. It is not a medicine, food, supplement or cosmetic, and it is not for use in humans or animals. By ordering you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are buying for research, that you or the people you buy for are trained to handle laboratory reagents, and that you will store and use them safely and away from anyone else. Our research-use policy explains this in full.
You are responsible for how you store, handle and use what you buy. You agree to cover any loss or claim we face because of your misuse of a product, a use other than research, or anything untrue you confirmed at checkout.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm your payment by email (for cash on delivery, the ₹199 fee). Before dispatch we may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, a price on the site was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, for any reason, we refund everything you paid plus ₹199.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders. Every order gets a GST tax invoice, emailed when it ships.
Payment
Pay by UPI to our business current account (your UPI app shows VEXHO), or choose cash on delivery on orders up to ₹15,000. Cash on delivery has a ₹199 fee, paid by UPI when you order. We charge no other fee, and we never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP or card details by phone, email or WhatsApp. An order counts as paid only when the payment reaches our account. Refunds go back to the account you paid from. If something is wrong with a payment, please tell us first; you can also raise it in your UPI app or with your bank.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders paid by 3 pm IST are dispatched the same day, every day, with Delhivery. Delivery is free and usually takes 1 to 5 days; your order email shows the dates it should arrive between. Prepaid parcels are handed over only for the delivery code Delhivery sends you. See shipping and delivery.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
We do not take back vials, because we never resell one. If a parcel arrives damaged, wrong or with an item missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with one continuous unboxing video that starts before the parcel is opened; we check it against our filmed and weighed parcel record and Delhivery's, and if we approve it we send the right vials again or refund you. A parcel the courier confirms lost is sent again or refunded. A parcel that arrives late, for a reason within our or the courier's control, can be refused for a full refund. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund, including the cash-on-delivery fee. If you refuse a parcel or it can't be delivered, we keep ₹199 for the courier's trip. Approved refunds are sent within 2 working days. We may refuse cash on delivery or further orders after a refused parcel, a claim the evidence didn't support, or a misused payment dispute. Codes and store credit
Review and referral codes are issued by us, work on a future order, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire on the date shown with them.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for loss or harm from how a product is stored, handled or used after delivery. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Complaints
WhatsApp or email us with your order number, which is your complaint's reference number. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. Our grievance officer's details are on the contact page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
