How we check every batch
Don't take our word for it. Check the batch.
Indigo Peptides sources peptides manufactured and filled in GMP-certified facilities, and publishes the certificate for every batch before it goes on sale. The batch code printed on each vial matches the code on its certificate.
GMP-certified manufacturing. Batch-specific results. Vial-level traceability.
How are Indigo peptides manufactured?
In GMP-certified facilities. Each site that makes our peptides holds a current Certificate of GMP Compliance, issued by a national medicines regulator after an inspection. We hold that documentation for every site and check its status before we make this claim.
What does GMP cover?
How the product is made and controlled, step by step. The certification covers making the peptide itself and the sterile steps that turn it into a finished vial: formulation, filling the vials under sterile conditions (aseptic filling), freeze-drying, packaging and quality control.
Can I see the GMP certificates?
Not publicly. They name our manufacturing partners, which we keep confidential. We keep the documentation on file and check its current status.
GMP or the batch certificate: what does each tell me?
Different things. GMP tells you how the manufacturing system is run and controlled. Your batch certificate tells you the test results reported for the exact batch you are buying. GMP is where quality starts; the certificate shows what was measured.
Where do the batch results come from?
From the testing documentation for that exact batch, which comes with the finished vials and which we keep on file. Every value on a certificate is for the batch named on it and no other. The tests follow the compound: a peptide is checked for purity, identity, endotoxins and more, while bacteriostatic water has its own panel, because there is no peptide in it to measure.
What does HPLC measure?
Purity. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separates a sample into its parts and shows what share of the detected material is the main compound. Retatrutide's current batch reads 99.74%: the compound itself makes up 99.74% of what the test detected. Every peptide batch on our shelf measures 99% or more; the lowest right now is 99.03%.
What does mass spectrometry confirm?
Identity. Mass spectrometry weighs the molecule. When the measured mass matches the mass the compound should have, it confirms the vial holds the right molecule. It does not measure purity; that is what HPLC is for.
Can I check a batch before I buy?
Yes. Every product page shows the current batch code, its key results and a link to the full certificate, with nothing to request and no login. All 36 certificates are in one place.
How do I match my vial to its certificate?
Find the batch code printed on the vial and look for it on the certificate. Or scan the QR on the label: it opens the certificate page, where the current batch and every earlier one are listed with their codes.
