How long does delivery take?
1 to 5 days after dispatch: 1 to 3 days to most cities, up to 5 for the north-east, the hills and some smaller towns. Island PIN codes can take a day longer.
How much is delivery?
Free, on every order. Cash on delivery adds a ₹199 fee, paid by UPI when you order.
Which courier do you use?
Delhivery, which collects from us every day. When your parcel is booked, we email you the tracking link, and Delhivery sends you updates on WhatsApp. Their messages name our company, VEXHO.
Do you deliver to my PIN code?
Almost certainly: Delhivery covers 18,800+ PIN codes. Checkout checks yours and tells you at once if it is one of the few they don't reach, or one where cash on delivery isn't available.
What happens at the door?
For a prepaid order, Delhivery sends you a delivery code on the day and the courier asks for it, so only you can receive the parcel. For cash on delivery, you pay the courier in cash.
Is the packaging plain?
Yes. The label shows no product names and no prices. Inside, your order is closed with the Indigo seal, so you can see nobody opened it.
What should I do when it arrives?
Film the unboxing in one continuous video, from the sealed parcel and its label to each vial. We need it for any claim, made within 48 hours of delivery. Then put unopened vials in the fridge at 2 to 8 °C.
Is there a limit for cash on delivery?
Yes: ₹15,000 per order. Larger orders are paid by UPI.
