Research overview
It is the best-known copper peptide, studied for skin, hair and connective tissue.
A 2018 review (Int J Mol Sci) reports that GHK increases collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan production and supports dermal fibroblasts, and covers its effects on gene expression.
